🏡 Another milestone reached!

I'm excited to share the successful closings of two Westbrook investment properties — a 2-unit and a 4-unit — that have officially changed hands. 🔑

These closings mark two more properties successfully transitioned out of a longtime client's investment portfolio. Having the opportunity to help clients strategically build, manage, and eventually reposition their real estate investments over the years is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

As with many older multi-family properties, we encountered a few challenges along the way, but that's real estate. It's rarely about avoiding obstacles; it's about working together to solve them. 🤝

🏡 Friday was an absolute whirlwind… but the best kind ✨

I had the pleasure of helping one of my tenants become a homeowner and purchase a beautiful home in Scarborough 🤍

This journey definitely came with its ups and downs — multiple offers, competitive situations, and a few bumps along the way — but my buyers stayed positive, trusted the process, and never gave up. In the end, all of the perseverance paid off 🙌

Seeing first-time buyers get the keys to their very first home will never get old for me. It’s such a huge milestone and an exciting new chapter in their lives 🔑

Closed in Old Orchard Beach! 🏖️

165 East Grand Ave has officially closed, and I’m so excited for both my seller and the buyer. 🔑

This property was such a unique opportunity — just steps from the beach with so much potential. What I loved most about this transaction was that the buyer truly had a vision and could see what this property could become

Not every buyer is able to look beyond what’s currently there and recognize the possibilities… but this one did 👏

I’m incredibly happy for my seller as they move onto their next chapter, and equally excited to see what the future holds for this property in the hands of its new owner.
