With as hard as a real estate agent might work behind the scenes without anyone knowing all the details, I really appreciate clients like this one below recognizing my hard work and the results I achieve for them. I might execute over 100 tasks for a single sale to include dealing with challenging houses, dealing with challenging people and 3rd parties beyond our control, negotiating for my clients, advocating for my clients, educating my clients, telling my clients what they need to hear and not what they want to hear, and so much more. Life is hard; real estate is harder!
