Life has a funny way of bringing things full circle.
When I moved back to the Mitten State in 2010 after serving in the Marine Corps (still the finest military branch in the world 😉) and finishing college, I took a job in property management without really having any long-term plan. As it turned out, that job became my gateway into real estate.
I worked in property management until 2013, but ultimately had to move on because the pay was very low and, quite honestly, there were times I couldn't even afford food or my own rent. I worked hard to get myself back on my feet financially, and somewhere along the way I met my future husband and business partner. Together, we built a life that allowed me to take the leap back into real estate full time — and that leap became the foundation for everything I’ve built in my career today.
Earlier this year, a good friend asked me if I would ever consider getting back into property management. My immediate reaction was a hard no 😂. But after thinking long and hard about it, I realized I really couldn’t come up with a single good reason not to.
I already have the experience. I already have the business infrastructure in place. Most importantly, it’s a service I’ve heard over and over again that is greatly needed by my clients, friends, and colleagues.
As I do with my brokerage, my approach is simple — QUALITY. Real estate sales will absolutely remain my number one priority as I continue striving to be the best agent possible for my clients and the best broker possible for my agents. But I’m excited to officially announce that Mitten Life Realty is expanding to now offer Property Management Services as well.
At the end of the day, I’m here to serve ALL of your real estate needs — Broker, Agent, Property Manager, and Loan Officer.
