Apparently one of my worst habits is walking around with a giant set of keys hanging out of my back pocket like I’m the janitor of every property in North Alabama. 😂🔑

Showing properties? Keys.
Checking on a property? Keys.
Taking Video? More Keys.
Running errands? Still somehow… keys.
Going to dinner? You guessed it. JINGLE JINGLE. 😂

At this point, if you hear keys coming down the hallway, don’t worry—I’m not maintenance.

Also does anyone else's key rings have old Gym Membership cards still attached for some reason....

I DON’T JUST FIND DEALS. I CREATE THEM.

I recently had the opportunity to broker a multi-million-dollar, 34-door multifamily transaction and deals like this are exactly why I love what I do.

Sometimes the property you want isn’t sitting on Crexi or waiting for you on the MLS.

So I go find it.

I’ll cold call. I’ll make the connections. I’ll track down the owners. I’ll put the right people at the table and work to create a deal where a deal didn’t exist before.

I’ve been told I’m persistent. Sometimes I’ve even been called a bulldog. 😂

I’ll always lead with grace and class, but I’m not afraid to go after what my clients want.

Because “No” and “Not Right Now” are two very different things.

If you tell me what you’re looking for, I’m going to listen. I’m going to hunt for it. And when I find the opportunity, I’m going to work to put it together.

I’ve never been one to lead with awards or accolades, but I do believe in taking a moment to be grateful for them.

Every recognition represents a client who trusted me, a deal that challenged me, a relationship built, and a lot of work behind the scenes that no one ever sees.

I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, but even more grateful for the people who have allowed me to build a career doing something I genuinely love.

The awards are an honor. The trust behind them means even more. Transacting over $10+ Million in Real Estate Last year (2025) and being in the Top of all Marmac Real Estate Agents my Second year with Marmac was a goal for me and I hit it.

🎙️ REAL TALK: BUSINESS, LIVING WITH ADD & THE LITTLE THINGS

I recently sat down with Shane Kilby for a conversation that got pretty real.

We talked about my ADD, how easily my brain can go in 47 different directions at once 😂, and the constant work of learning how to reel it in.

Because having a lot of ideas is great.

But ideas don't build a business.

Consistency does.

In commercial real estate, a lot of success comes down to doing the little things even when you don't feel like doing them.

📆 Doing the same important things consistently

It's not always the exciting part of the job.

Sometimes it's sitting down and making the calls.

Sometimes it's following up with someone you've already talked to.

Sometimes it's posting when you wonder if anyone is even paying attention.

Sometimes it's chasing a deal that doesn't appear to exist yet.

And sometimes, it's realizing that you are the thing standing between your goals and your excuses.

This conversation with Shane was a good reminder for me to keep self-reflecting, keep improving and, most importantly, keep showing up.

Commercial real estate isn't built on one big deal.

It's built on relationships.

Conversations.

Consistency.
