From getting the property ready for market to keeping things moving through showings, negotiations, and everything that comes after going under contract, Matt Higgins did a great job managing the details and guiding this one all the way to closing.

3 years in real estate! 🎉

They say 3 is a lucky number, and I’d say they’re right. Having 3 more closings lined up over the next 3 weeks is the best way I could imagine wrapping up Year 3. 🔑

Looking back, I really wouldn’t trade this career for anything. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and figuring things out. A lot of transactions aren't straight-forward, but I love a good excuse to get creative and make it happen.

I’m especially grateful for the people I’ve met along the way. Dozens of 5-star reviews, lots of referrals, and even better, a bunch of clients who started as strangers and are now people I’m lucky to call friends.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with one of the biggest decisions they’ll make, referred me to someone they care about, or simply supported my business over the last 3 years.

Looking for local activities for your babies, toddlers, or preschoolers? 📚✨

Myla and I have been attending storytime at Norris Public Library every week for the last year and a half. Not only has it been wonderful for her development and social skills, but as a first-time parent, the community aspect has been invaluable. We’ve made some great friends and found a ton of support through the parents we've met there.

Miss Reagan does an incredible job heading up both Baby Storytime (Infant–2 yrs | Thursdays @ 10:30 AM) and Preschool Storytime (Ages 2–5 | Fridays @ 10:30 AM). Plus, Miss Stephanie leads a fantastic Bilingual Storytime every 4th Tuesday at 3:30 PM (mark your calendars for the next one on 9/22!).

As Library Director Cindy Bowlin highlights, storytimes are such a great way for little ones to build confidence, early literacy, and social skills while parents build lasting connections.

I wanted to take a minute to shout out one of the best locally owned businesses around: Fitness Connection! 💪🏻

Next month marks 13 years since I first stepped through their doors. I walked in at 137 lbs soaking wet and was a complete gym rookie, to say the least. But I was greeted with open arms and tons of support, and I quickly realized this place is really one big family.
