In the last 60 days, our privately owned lead source generated 55 warm leads and 26 listings or contracts, with more expected this weekend.

A year ago, Rhiannon closed 1 transaction in May. This May, she closed 4 (300% Growth!!) 🎉🐎

When asked what changed, she didn’t point to more calls or more leads. She said she got into a rhythm and focused on the relationships she already had by staying consistent and showing up with real value.

That doesn’t always look like showings or writing offers, but more so consistency in answering questions, giving guidance, and helping clients figure out their next best step.

As a military spouse and new mom, Rhiannon has built this growth while balancing a full plate and continues to show up with consistency and care for her clients.
