These sellers came to me through a referral from another agent who was looking for someone local - someone who really knows the Walnut Creek neighborhood.

Not every real estate transaction follows a straight path, and this one is a perfect example of that.

Sometimes life doesn't follow the timeline we expect. After owning this home for less than a year, my sellers found themselves preparing for a move overseas and having to make some big decisions much earlier than they had planned.

At the same time, we were navigating a rapidly changing market while competing directly with ongoing new construction in the neighborhood. As one of the first homes built in the community, we weren't just competing against other resale homes. We were competing against brand-new inventory, builder incentives, and changing buyer expectations.

Add in an HOA that didn't allow a yard sign, which meant leaning even harder into strategic marketing and online exposure to keep this home in front of the right buyers throughout the entire process.
