🏡 Another Happy Ending!
These wonderful clients were not just clients — they were also my friends and neighbors. 💛 Over time, navigating a two-story home became more difficult, and they knew it was time for a change. But finding a single-story home in our area under $300K? That’s no easy task!

After a long and thoughtful search, we finally found the perfect fit: a beautifully updated ranch home in Fort Mill with a gorgeous backyard — and best of all, NO HOA!

It took time and patience, but the result was worth it. I’m so happy they found the right home for their next chapter. Wishing them many joyful years ahead!
