Can we just talk about Enlightenment Coffee in Walton for a second? 👀
I got the seasonal s'mores latte half sweetened + the turkey sausage breakfast burrito and I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it. The latte wasn't too sweet (which, as someone who always orders half sweet, is harder to find than a move-up home in this market 😂) and the burrito? Absolutely sending me.
Locally roasted beans, handcrafted drinks, great vibes — this is exactly the kind of spot that makes NKY feel like home. 💙

The best part of this job isn't the closings — it's the trust that gets passed from one person to the next.
When someone I've helped buy or sell a home thinks of a friend, family member, or coworker who's making a move and sends them my way, that's not a small thing. That's someone putting their name behind mine.
Referrals make up the majority of my business, and I don't take that lightly. So to everyone who has ever picked up the phone, sent a text, or made an introduction on my behalf — thank you. I'm grateful to be trusted with the people you love, not just your own next chapter.

They came to me through a referral, ready to sell their condo — but with a clear number in mind for what they needed to walk away with.
We sat down and ran the numbers together, plain and simple, before anything went on the market. Then we tackled a short punch list to get the home ready to compete. We listed it competitively, and it sold in a third of the time condos were averaging in the area.
At closing, they hit their number exactly.
"We could not have done this without you. Thank you so much for all of your help."
And when they asked, "If something comes up down the road, can we call you?" — the answer is always yes. My job doesn't end at the closing table. 🏡

The NKY market isn't slowing down — it's just being polite about it.
Sold homes this year are running almost dead even with this time last year. But the number that matters: average sale price climbed from $348K to $356K. That's healthy, steady appreciation — not a spike, not a slowdown. Just a market quietly rewarding people who bought (or are thinking about selling).
