SOLD! — and this one was especially rewarding.

When I first spoke with this family, they believed their father’s home was underwater because of a reverse mortgage and were preparing to simply let the property go back to the bank.

Before that happened, I convinced them to give selling it a shot. We figured we had nothing to lose, so we reached for the stars with the asking price.

The result? A full-price offer.

Instead of losing the home to foreclosure, we were able to get it sold, pay off the mortgage, and most importantly, put money back into the estate for the family.

Sometimes it pays to explore every option before assuming there aren’t any.
