Top Producer. My career started by working for a local builder and holding open houses in his Custom homes. With her by his side and with her encouragement, her husband, LaVon, began building homes aside from his HVAC career and together, they built 12 homes mostly on the NE side of Fort Wayne. Jane has always loved building and to create a great home, it requires many hours of research and skill in making selections and working with subcontractors. It was always wonderful to step back when each home was finished and know you had created a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous home! After starting with Star Builder's Reality, I later moved to a top independent company, Rousseau, Phillips & Gall which later became Re/Max Results. Hello there! I'm Jennifer and I'm with RE/MAX Results. As you can see, Real Estate runs in my family... my mom has been a Realtor for 30+ years and my dad is in the HVAC / Plumbing / Building Industry. They renovated a number of homes we later lived in and also built a number of new custom homes. As a kid, we relished playing all around the job sites. As a teenager, I can't say I loved being the last kid picked up from school because my mom was showing a house! But let's just say...I know what it takes to be successful! That's doing whatever it takes to get your new home or sell the one you have! I've worked for myself for the last 15 years. Most of those years, I had the privilege of running an amazing nonprofit organization in Venice Beach called Harvest Home, a residential program for homeless, pregnant women and their children. I should write a book about what I learned there! I love helping people and I've love to help you too! You'd think I'd be a social worker (and sometimes that experience helps - even in Real Estate) but I'm a UCLA fan through and through with my MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and my Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics too. I've underwritten a few Commercial Real Estate Loans with a business school friend; let's call that a hobby. But that hobby will help you determine if an investment property will pay off or not! My other hobbies including raising out two middle schoolers, hanging out with my handsome husband, Jeff (22+ years married), drinking coffee, finding free things to do around town, trying new food places, entertaining friends and motorcycling. And did I mention, decorating my mid century home...I'm a huge fan of that style! AS A TEAM
Jane and Jennifer are flexible and make sure their clients have what they need, when they need it. Communication is key and they readily takes your phone calls when received or returns them quickly. They are also a serious problem solvers. Every buyer and seller needs the right information to know how to buy and/or sell and when issues arise, they has the experience to overcome them!
