For the last decade, Iโ€™ve focused less on doing more and more on managing my energy.

I learned when my energy is highest
When itโ€™s lowest
What I do well with high energy
What I do poorly with low energy
What fills my tank
And what drains it

One thing is crystal clear. When I start my day right with sleep, training, and proper fuel, I give myself the best chance to operate at my highest level all day.

If youโ€™re not even thinking about where your energy comes from or how to improve it, youโ€™re missing the boat.

Stop obsessing over what youโ€™re doing.
Start paying attention to the energy you have to do it.
