📌 Buyers:
Inventory continues to climb, giving buyers more choices than we saw a month ago. With fewer pending contracts being written, buyers may find a little more breathing room and less competition on some homes.

Closed sales remain exceptionally strong, showing that motivated buyers are still out there. However, with inventory increasing, proper pricing and presentation are becoming more important than ever to stand out from the competition.
