Thank you Katie Ramos for referring this amazing couple to me. It was an honor to help them with their first home-buying experience. With the high humidity 💦💦and temperatures 🔥🔥🔥 we are experiencing, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the condensation drain lines on your AC systems! Drains can often get clogged and the damage can be silent until you have a disaster interrupt your home and budget😢 Prevention is the answer.
