When Pivot agents play, we play to win, so a little friendly competition on a beautiful day was the perfect way to round out our September Sales Meeting.

We celebrated Septemberā€™s successes, talked biz, and then took things outside for our very own Pivot Field Day organized by Christina Kasle.

Signs, lockboxes, contracts, business cards, key rings, Open House flags, and of course a little trivia to find out who actually knows their real estate AND their Pivot. Because we value culture by more than lip service, we build it in moments like these in which we laugh at ourselves and genuinely enjoy the people we get to do business alongside.

And because there has to be a winner, congratulations to the Lucky 7 team: Puck, McKayla, Krista, and Lori who walked away with the ultimate bragging rights and their very own REALTORĀ® survival kit.

šŸ˜Ž This past Monday, we shared a little competition, a lot of laughs, and a wonderful reason to spend the day on the course.

Our 2026 Pivot Golf Outing held at Devou Golf & Event Centerbrought together agents, friends, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters for a full day of golf, food, fun, and giving back, all in support of Boone County Water Rescue Team.

ā˜€ļø The weather was perfection with the beauty of the course on full display ā›³ļø

šŸ§” To everyone who played, sponsored, donated, volunteered, helped behind the scenes, or simply showed up to support the cause, we say a big thank you. Events like this don't happen because of one person or one organization. They happen because a whole lot of people decide something is worth showing up for.

We're still tallying the final amount raised, and we can't wait to share it, but we already know this year's outing was a success because of the people who made it one.

Thank you for another incredible Pivot Golf Outing and for helping us support the people at Boone County Water Rescue who show up for our community when they're needed most.

When Homearama opens early to give REALTORSĀ® the first look, you grab your Pivot crew and go see how the other half builds.

The temperatures were high, the ceilings were higher, and the homes were nothing short of spectacular. We explored multimillion-dollar properties, admired the latest design trends, and gathered plenty of inspiration along the way.

Real estate isnā€™t as glamorous as television portrays. We experience far fewer ch*****ne closings and far more inspection reports. But Homearama? Itā€™s about as close as we get to sensational, so every year, we fully embrace the fantasy and have a lot of fun touring the latest greatest new builds.

Did we host a chili cook-off when it was 95 degrees outside? Yes. Yes, we did.šŸ˜…

Because apparently, we believe sweating should be both an indoor and outdoor activity. But the heat didnā€™t stop the competition, or Chelsey Nielson, who claimed the championship by a landslide this year.šŸŒ¶ļøšŸ† šŸŒ¶ļø

To everyone else, you have an entire year to refine your recipes, rethink your strategy, and recover emotionally. Weā€™ll be back next year to see whether Chelsey can defend her title or if someone else brings even more heat to overtake Pivotā€™s new reigning champ.

Another month at Pivot has passed with real estate done right. That means more clients served, more goals reached, and more reasons to celebrate. šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

Our August Pivot Powerhouses led the way in closed sales volume and closed sides, but we know those numbers only tell part of the story. Behind them are the calls answered, problems solved, negotiations navigated, details managed, and countless moments of showing up when clients needed them most. Great agents donā€™t just deliver once. They continue to deliver consistently.

Sometimes a big leap forward requires a brief pause for reflection.

Weā€™re building something at Pivot that looks a little bit different, something that keeps people at the center in an industry that often prioritizes profits instead. Going against that grain requires conviction, intention, and a special group of people willing to build it together.

We chose to step away from it all for 36 hours with a group of our core people and headed to The Mountain Top Lodge in Dahlonega, GA, to recognize what each of these agents bring to Pivot. We created space for the conversations and experiences we donā€™t often slow down long enough to have.

We reflected on where weā€™ve been, talked honestly about where weā€™re going, celebrated the wins behind the wins, challenged ourselves to think bigger, and strengthened the bonds that will help carry us into our next chapter.

Between admiring the picturesque views, exploring a town lifted straight out of a Hallmark movie, kayaking, taking a gold mine tour, and sharing a five course dinner filled with love and a few tears, this trip turned into far more than a retreat. It stood as a reminder of who we are and why weā€™re building this brokerage the way we are.

Tommy and Heather Breedlove, thank you and your team for the extraordinary hospitality you showed us at every turn at The Mountain Top Lodge. You made every person feel like a king or queen, and ā€œmeaningfulā€ doesnā€™t begin to capture the experience you created.

Truly, 10 out of 10.
