If you would’ve told me years ago that I’d be writing this for the 4th time, I would’ve told you that you were crazy.

But here we are. 🤘

I am beyond humbled and honored to share that I have been recognized as Best Realtor in Cincinnati for the 4th year running in CityBeat Best of Cincinnati. This year I was up 50 finalists this year. Some really impressive names that also do a lot of volume. I thought to myself, there was no way I am getting it - but wow.

But also, in a surprising turn, we also took home Best Real Estate Group. That award has historically gone to one of the biggest local brokerages in Cincinnati. I can't think of a year that they have not gotten that award. And I was actually voting against myself for Pivot to get it.

Do we do the amount of volume as a team that they do as a company? No, but you all rallied behind us and made it happen.

And, I have to make this announcement as well, but we are actually nominated for Best of NKY for the 5th year in a row right now. Which is such a huge honor to me. Y'all can vote once a day until May 17th and I will leave the link in the comments and pin this post to the top of my page. 🫶

Michael and Justin, we are officially all closed on your new home. I want to thank you so much for your trust in me to get us here smoothly. 🥂

In the end, you guys found an amazing house and still close to Crafts and Vines & the neighborhood. We would have missed you if you left us!

Your new house is beautiful, but I already know you’re going to put your own spin on what’s already there and make it your own and I’m excited to see what you do with it!

Just know, that after the dust settles and should you need ANYTHING at all - even if it’s years later, you can always call me and I will always be here!

Mosa - WE DID IT! We officially closed on your new home! This post took some time for me to write, and I have found that some of my closing posts will go this way. And often with very close clients of mine. Because I have so much that I want to write and say to you, and I just want it to come out the right way.

What started as a single showing many years ago turned into an amazing friendship. Over the years we’ve had some amazing dinners and times out, but most importantly getting to go to your wedding and seeing you grow your family over the years has been a blessing.

Thank you for including me in so many awesome milestones up into this point, and I’m glad that we can say that this is one of them!
