The wonderful sellers of this beautiful home found me online, and they signed with me right at our first meeting. They did a fabulous job preparing the house for showings, & it only took one weekend of open houses to get it done. Days to Offer: 7! Priced right and sold right on the money!

It took working together, building a solid plan, setting the right price, and after accepted offer completing several processes to prepare it for Close. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and it was such a pleasure working with them!

There’s nothing more rewarding than laying out a plan and having it all come together. Congratulations to the sellers, and a warm welcome to the new owners of this beautiful 3-bed, 2.5-bath home with an in-ground pool! I’m so happy for everyone!!😃

With each closed transaction, I make a donation to a charity of my client’s choice. They asked for it to go to St. Jude, an incredible organization dedicated to advancing cures and prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. 🐝 🌸 My Seller Clients are happy to be Under Contract on their beautiful Townhouse that is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a loft. A friend of theirs referred them to me. They called and asked me to come over the next day to list their home. We worked closely together preparing the home for market and we received an accepted offer within two weeks of listing it. I’m so grateful to be working with them. Now on to the Close!🏡☀️

🏡 SOLD! It was an honor to represent the sellers on the sale of their family home of over 60 years! A fellow professional referred them to me. Met the Sellers for the first time mid-June, and after putting in the work to prepare the home and present it beautifully, we had an accepted offer in just one day. It closed yesterday, and I’m so grateful for the trust they placed in me. With every closed transaction, I donate to a charity chosen by my client and this family chose The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s research, a cause close to their hearts. I also contribute to KW Cares, our internal organization that supports fellow agents facing hardship, whether from natural disasters or illness. Grateful to give back, one closing at a time.

This house was wonderful to represent for my friend~Seller and I am very happy for him! There was a lot of interest in the house and we had an Accepted Offer at 6 days from listing it.
