Happy National Dog Day!

My Kiki was adopted from the Harrisonburg SPCA-along with her sister/littermate Rayla. The backstory to them was that lineman were working in the woods somewhere and they watch a jeep drive in and ditch them. Both were completely covered in mange and had their tails cut or docked. We lost Rayla in November of 2024 due to licking a bofu toad(highly toxic to dogs) and we think about her everyday. She sits in my kitchen windowsill and keeps an eye on everyone. Pictured is my Keeks. After losing her sister, she went into a pretty rough depression patch and it hasnt been until recently that she's starting to come back out her shell and be playful. I genuinely think she was sad and scared to get close to Luna and Sky(2 more of my huskies). Anywho...Happy National Dog Day to my babies...your babies and all the others out there. 🐾 #🐾

🏡 CLOSING DAY + NEW BEGINNINGS! 🏡

Today is a BIG day for my clients! 🎉

We closed on 464 Brady Hollow Rd., Ft. Seybert, WV, the home they lovingly built and called home for more than 30 years. ❤️ While saying goodbye to a home filled with so many memories is never easy, they knew that downsizing and being closer to family was the most important step as they enjoy their golden years.

And today, we also celebrated the purchase of their new home at 429 Bluebird Ln., Wi******er, VA! 🏡💙

It was truly an honor and privilege to represent them in BOTH transactions. Helping clients navigate such a major life transition is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I am so incredibly happy for them and wish them nothing but happiness, peace, and many wonderful memories in this next chapter.

Relocating from up north means they won’t have quite as much snow to battle ❄️😉, but they’ll still get to enjoy our beautiful four seasons, a fair share of winter snow, and a plethora of outdoor adventures right at their fingertips! 🌲🎣🥾🏔️
