We work with only two clients each month so we can be laser focused on preparation and staging prior to going “live.” Google our name for testimonials from past clients. We are Spring Ridge Specialists and have just closed on townhome on Bellhaven which is the 2nd highest comparable for townhomes! Being an owner in Spring Ridge, I have a vested interest in pushing up prices in our neighborhood! My listing appraised for $452k, $7k over Final Sale price of $445k.

As your listing agent, if I feel you need a certain staging item to elevate your listing and I don’t have it in my Staging inventory, I will come out of pocket prior to closing to buy that Staging piece. For this client I’m talking about, I upgraded his lower level vanity with a quartz top and a new faucet and purchased a large rug for his deck along with two chairs. I knew these two crucial places in his house would take the entire presentation to a whole different level, leaving absolutely no stone unturned. And it paid off with an appraisal $7000 over final price.
