Today is Memorial Day, and for our family, it carries a deep and heavy meaning. Having been a military family and having lost dear friends during our time in the Marine Corps, this day is a incredibly poignant reminder of the true cost of freedom.
​We are holding the friends we lost close in our hearts today, and sending our deepest love and prayers to the families they left behind.
​Looking back, our time in the Marine Corps will always be profoundly special to us, entirely because of the sheer quality of people we were surrounded by. The bond, the loyalty, and the selflessness of those we served alongside are things we will never forget.
​Please enjoy your day today with your loved ones—laugh, eat, and celebrate. But as you do, we ask that you take just a moment to pause, reflect, and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as the brave men and women who continue to answer the call.
