I couldn't wait to share this, but for obvious reasons, I needed to see it through to closing first.
Today, September 18th, 2026, was my very first real estate closing!🎉
A little over a month ago, I hosted an open house for Andrea Lovelace, REALTOR. The home was beautifully maintained and completely move-in ready.
During the last hour and a half, Ms. Patty came in with her daughter and fell absolutely in love with it. Since she was unrepresented, she kindly allowed me to write up and submit her offer. I'm sure not every deal will go this smoothly, but boy, was this one a pleasure!
