As a General Manager, Derrick always made it a priority to truly know the people he worked alongside. Some stories start in expected places. This one started at the bank.

When Pedro walked into the bank to open a business account for his real estate business, Kinesha (“Keke”) casually mentioned that she would love to own a home someday but didn’t think she was quite ready yet.

Pedro saw something different.

Before she finished opening the account, her information had already been connected with a lender. The very next day, she was pre-approved. Just 9 days later, she was officially under contract on her new home! 🙌

🏡 **UNDER CONTRACT IN GRANBURY!** 🏡

Some transactions are about more than just real estate—they’re about solving problems, creating opportunities, and helping people move forward.

Back in June 2022, Stephan and Bekah helped a local builder purchase both 5506 and 5508 Firewood Trail as raw lots. What started as a vision required clearing land, planning, designing, and building from the ground up.

After completing the beautiful home at 5508 Firewood Trail, the builder listed it with a family friend, hoping to sell it before starting construction on the second lot. Unfortunately, after 473 days on the market with no sale, the listing was canceled and a difficult decision had to be made. The builder ultimately sold the second lot just to help offset the carrying costs of the first property.

That’s when the call came.

Understanding the urgency of the situation, Stephan and Bekah immediately went to Granbury to walk the property and develop a fresh strategy. Together, they made improvements, invested in professional staging, purchased an oven to complete the home, captured high-quality photography and video, hosted multiple open houses, and aggressively marketed the property to find the right buyer.

✨ The result? Just **46 days later, 5508 Firewood Trail is officially UNDER CONTRACT!** ✨

This is a reminder that sometimes it’s not about having a great product—it’s about having the right plan, the right marketing, and the right team behind it.

A huge thank you to Jacob for trusting the process and believing in our vision. We’re not at the finish line yet, but we’re one major step closer, and we’re working hard to get this one across the finish line.

This journey is a perfect example of what happens when preparation meets opportunity. For Brandon, this closing is especially meaningful.
