JUST SOLD!

Thank you to my repeat clients for trusting me with the sale of their longtime home. They did a wonderful job getting it ready, and we were under contract in just 7 days!

I don't believe sellers need to give their homes away. I do believe we owe them a strategy grounded in the market we're actually operating in.

That means understanding the competition, pricing intentionally, presenting the property exceptionally well and making adjustments when the market gives us feedback.

Because the Stanley Cup is visiting multiple Wake County communities on September 28, we are on a strict schedule. Due to the strict schedule, a photo with the Stanley Cup is not guaranteed because the Keeper of the Cup will leave promptly at 11:00 am.

Did you know that Fuquay-Varina has its own museum? It’s right next to the DMV downtown. I stopped in today to pick up a special gift for a client and enjoyed learning a little more about our town’s history. For example, the building that it’s housed in was once the mayor’s office, the bank and the jail all in one! They’re open limited hours because it’s run by volunteers.
