That’s right — there is no upfront cost to get started with us.

We don’t collect any money until we’ve found and placed a tenant in your property. Our tenant procurement fee is simply deducted from the first month’s rent, so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket upfront.

We believe hiring a property manager should be simple and accessible for property owners.

For renters, regularly checking and changing out the air filters can improve indoor air quality, keep the home comfortable, and lower the cost of cooling the home by allowing the HVAC to run more efficiently.

For owners, a clean filter reduces unnecessary wear and tear and can help prevent costly repairs.

Renter Reminder 👉 Check your HVAC filter regularly and replace every one to three months. Writing the date on the filter can help you keep track.
