When I say this home is close to everything in Galveston, I mean literally everything.

That’s what you get when you trust me to list your home.

When someone trusts me to sell their property, I want people to see it. Not just when it first hits the market, but throughout the entire listing.

In a market where buyers have options, I think it’s incredibly important to work with an agent who is constantly looking for another way to get your property in front of people.

And if you’re interviewing agents to sell your home, ask to see their work. Look at how they market their current listings. Look at what they’ve done with past listings. Make sure there’s a track record behind what they’re promising you.

📣 I’m so excited to share that I’ve been nominated by Houston Agent Magazine for Social Media Influencer of the Year in the 2026 Houston Agents’ Choice Awards! 🥹✨

This one is really special to me because social media has become such a big part of how I market my clients and their properties.

Every property tour, reel, neighborhood video, open house post and listing I share is another opportunity to get a home in front of someone who may not have found it otherwise. That person might save it, share it with a friend, or end up being exactly the buyer we were trying to reach.

That’s why I’ve put so much time and intention into social media. At the end of the day, it’s about creating more exposure for the people who trust me to sell their homes and that’s what makes this nomination mean so much to me. 🤍
