🏠 Data Centers & Real Estate: A Trend Worth Watching

• Data centers are expanding rapidly into more suburban and rural communities.
• So far, research shows little measurable impact on home values.
• However, areas near data centers are seeing more homes remain on the market, suggesting some homeowners may be choosing to move.
• As these facilities get larger, noise, power usage, water consumption, taxes and future buyer preferences could become increasingly important to local housing markets.

This is a trend I’ll be watching closely as a real estate professional.
