PROGRESS REPORT on the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial:

This week (6 - 10 April 2026) the "dry fit" process of installing the falcon and the eagle has been underway. The sculpture is not being permanently attached to the memorial yet. The proper placement and orientation is being perfected, including the placement for the mounting plates where holes will be drilled into the granite.
