What we are up to behind the scenes as buyer's agents...

Buying a home in Phoenix is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person's life.

And the behind the scenes work is where deals are made or lost.

That's where I spend most of my time.

Calling listing agents, reaching out to my network, and finding homes before they hit the MLS.

Looking into the history of the listing before we tour it.

And when it's time to write an offer, I already know what the seller cares about, so we can come in strong without overpaying.

The instinct to make upgrades before listing makes sense but you don't want to over-spend for your comparable sales.

The projects you invest in may not line up with your buyer's needs.

👉 But there's good news: The updates that move the needle aren't necessarily the most expensive.

They're the ones that make a buyer feel like the home has been well cared for (and those don't require a major budget).

Before I list any home, we'll walk your space and discuss what upgrades and repairs will net you the most at closing.
