Jude Children Research Hospital. To honor her support and this vital cause I am stepping into help. Any donations sent to the Venmo below will be matched and the proceeds will go to both ST. Even with a 7-hour time difference, I’m still taking calls, scheduling appointments, checking in with clients—and yes, even answering the phone at 3 AM my time when that’s what works best for them. 😂

🇬🇷 It’s not logic… it’s desire. 🏡❤️

I spotted this chair at Zorba’s while vacationing in Greece, and I couldn’t help but think—this is actually a pretty perfect description of real estate.

Buying a home isn’t always just about numbers, bedrooms, bathrooms, or checking boxes. Sometimes you walk into a home and you just know. It’s the feeling of imagining your family there, picturing your future, and finding the place that simply feels right.

Even while enjoying some much-needed family time in Greece, I’m still staying connected and taking care of my clients back home. My goal is to handle the details, negotiations, deadlines, and worries so my clients can let go of some of that stress and focus on the exciting part—getting the home they truly want. 🏡✨

Because sometimes finding the one isn’t logic… it’s desire. 😉
