Why is this one still available?

Is the loft too big? The walk-in closets too convenient? Is the backyard leaving entirely too much room for activities? Maybe the curb appeal is setting unrealistic expectations. 😂

Because 2,839 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge loft, multiple living spaces, an oversized corner lot, RV gate, covered patio, solar, and a primary closet that is basically its own room sounds pretty good to me.

Elevate Trampoline Park just opened, adding another family-friendly option to the west side. I really love seeing more local spots open that give people reasons to stay close to home in Surprise.
