Quick spring checklist:
• Run each zone for a few minutes
• Look for pooling water or dry spots
• Make sure drip emitters are actually dripping
• Trim plants away from sprinkler heads

A few small things can actually help keep cooling costs down:
• Reverse ceiling fans counterclockwise in summer
• Keep blinds closed during peak afternoon heat
• Seal gaps around doors/windows
• Change dirty AC filters
