This beautiful 1905 Tudor has officially made it to the closing table. 🏡✨

What most people don’t see is everything that happened behind the scenes to get here.

After going under contract, it was discovered that much of the home still contained original knob-and-tube wiring. Through a truly collaborative effort between buyers, sellers, agents, contractors, and attorneys, we worked through the challenge together. A special shoutout to KWK Electric, who rewired nearly the entire home while being as minimally invasive as possible to preserve the character and integrity of this incredible property.

Real estate isn’t always about finding problems—it’s about finding solutions.
