Some transactions are about much more than real estate.

This one was filled with laughter, tears, unexpected challenges, and ultimately a new beginning. Through some very difficult personal circumstances, Jennifer handled every hurdle with strength and grace while Dave prepared for an exciting new chapter with his career in Mobile, Alabama.

I’ve been fortunate to be part of Jennifer’s story for quite a while—I helped her purchase this home back in 2017, right next door to her best friend. Over the years, Maple Street became more than an address; it became home, friendship, memories, and community.

While her neighbors and friends will certainly miss her, I’m excited to see what this next adventure brings. Sometimes closing one door truly opens another. ❤️
