Hi, I’m Destiny.

I’m the owner and designer behind Brass & Batten Home Staging & Design.

I don’t believe in filling rooms just because we can. Every home deserves its own approach, and I think that’s what makes this business so fun.

You’ll usually find me moving the same chair four times, hunting for the one styling piece that makes the room click, or talking myself out of adding “just one more thing.”

I approach every home like a designer first and a stager second. The goal isn’t to steal the spotlight. It’s to make buyers fall in love with the home itself.

Over the last few years I’ve had the chance to stage everything from everyday listings to custom homes and Parade homes across Grand Rapids and West Michigan, and somehow it still feels like Christmas morning every install day.
