This isn’t just a house—it’s where their story truly begins 🏡❤️

Last week, the Urquidi Vargas family officially became homeowners, and their journey is one I’m especially proud of.

Things didn’t go as planned at first: we were under contract on a different home, but it fell through. With their lease ending soon, time was not on our side. Instead of giving up, we moved fast, stayed focused, and within just two days, we found the right home.

From there, it was all about strategy; making sure inspections checked out, the loan made sense, and the numbers worked comfortably for them (monthly payment, interest rate, and down payment).

Through teamwork and persistence, we made it happen. We also negotiated a $7,500 credit toward closing costs and repairs 🙌

Moments like this are why I do what I do. Going the extra mile for my clients isn’t optional, it’s the standard.

La semana pasada, la familia Urquidi Vargas cumplió su sueño de ser propietarios, y su proceso es uno que me llena de orgullo.

Al inicio no todo salió como esperábamos, estábamos bajo contrato en otra propiedad, pero no se dio. Con su contrato de renta por terminar pronto, el tiempo era limitado. En lugar de rendirnos, actuamos rápido y en solo dos días encontramos el hogar indicado.

Después de eso, todo fue estrategia—asegurarnos de que la inspección estuviera bien, que el préstamo fuera el correcto y que los números funcionaran para ellos (pago mensual, tasa de interés y enganche).
