Over the weekend, Promenade tenant Lynn took on the Fox Cities Half Marathon and crossed the finish line after 13.1 miles — with a huge smile on her face!

🎶 What a wonderful evening at The Promenade!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone from the community who joined us for last night's concert featuring The NEW Dixie Ramblers. It was an evening filled with great music, smiling faces, and neighbors coming together to enjoy a beautiful summer night.

One of our favorite moments? Seeing tenants enjoying the concert from their balconies—and even from the pool! That's right... listening to live music while floating in the pool. Now that's a summer evening done right. ☀️🏊🎵

We're also incredibly grateful to the tenants who volunteered their time to help make the event a success. Something exciting is brewing at The Promenade! ☕📚

Yesterday, our tenants had the opportunity to meet Cody and April, the owners of Heritage Coffee and Tea, as they introduced themselves and shared a preview of the delicious menu they'll soon be serving right here at The Promenade.

Our tenants have been eagerly awaiting the opening of the café, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome Heritage Coffee and Tea to our community. Even better, the café will be open to the public as well as our tenants in late summer/early fall, creating another wonderful place for neighbors, friends, and family to gather over a great cup of coffee or tea.

And that's not the only exciting addition! Just two weeks ago, the Brown County Library opened its newest branch right here at The Promenade, giving tenants and visitors another incredible resource to enjoy.

What a fantastic day celebrating the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the brand-new Ashwaubenon Library! It was wonderful to see so many community members come together to explore the beautiful new facility, enjoy the festivities, and celebrate this exciting addition to our neighborhood.
