Friday, Sept. 18 | Billy and The Jets
7:00–10PM at Barrel & Rail in Greensboro. Enjoy a live tribute featuring the music of Billy Joel and Elton John.

Saturday, Sept. 19 | Rock N Roll Cruise In
10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Downtown Greensboro. Classic cars, hot rods, vintage vehicles, music, and a fun downtown atmosphere make this one a great Saturday outing.

Sunday, Sept. 20 | OPAS Pop-Up Series: The Concert Truck Returns
7:00 PM at Harbor Club on Lake Oconee. Enjoy an evening of live music with this unique mobile concert experience right here at the lake.

Fun Friday at the Lake

A livelier Friday night is on tap. This Friday, Pals Watering Hole hosts Friday Nights Karaoke from 9–10 PM, a great chance to grab your friends, pick your favorite song, and sing along.

Saturday morning, swing by the Lake Oconee Farmers Market where Cafe du Papa will be set up from 8 AM to noon.

And Sunday afternoon, OPAS opens its new season with Candlelight Series: "An Afternoon in Paris" at Festival Hall, 3 PM, an elegant one if you're looking for a reason to dress up this weekend.

Fun Friday at the Lake
Big weekend ahead. Kick things off tonight with Dubshak Reggae Band at Bruzze Brewing, 7–10 PM, island vibes and a perfect start to the holiday weekend.

Saturday night, head into downtown Greensboro for something new: Barrel & Rail is throwing its grand opening at the former Oconee Brewing Company space, with Departure, one of the country's top Journey tribute bands, bringing the sing-alongs (21+, full bar).

And if you're still going Sunday, The Twin Fins close it out with a laid-back set at Bruzze Brewing, 4–7 PM.

However you spend it, happy Labor Day weekend from our family to yours.
