✨ Meet Marybeth Hewatt – Our Director of Marketing ✨
Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Marybeth has called Greensboro, Georgia home for the past 16 years. With an impressive 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge from every aspect: marketing, internet marketing, office operations, closing coordination, property launches, and client relations.
🏡 Real estate isn't just a career for Marybeth—it's a way of life. She's been married to Alliance Home & Land Group Founding Partner, Chris Hewatt, for 20 years, and together they've built a life centered around family, community, and service.
👨👩👦 Family is everything to Marybeth. She and Chris are proud parents of three sons:
🐾 Jackson – Sophomore at the University of Georgia
🎓 Connor – UGA graduate and teacher/coach at his alma mater, Gatewood Schools
🏡 Cody – Realtor and carrying on the family passion for real estate
🐶 When she's not helping showcase some of the Lake Country's finest properties, you'll likely find her spending time with her beloved dogs—Dixie, Harley, and Oakley (a Morgan County Humane Society rescue) —or at the barn with her show jumper horses, Juliette and Nevis. Fun fact: Marybeth once dreamed of becoming an equine veterinarian when she grew up! 🐴
🌟 Her commitment to the community runs deep. Marybeth volunteers her time with the Lake Country Board of Realtors Events Committee and previously served as the Gatewood School Booster Club President for eight years, helping lead numerous projects and improvements that benefited its student athletes and their families. She believes to "Leave It Better Than You Found It".
⚓ Outside of work, she enjoys horse shows, browsing antique shops, sunset cruises on Lake Oconee, evenings around the fire pit, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. GO DAWGS! 🏈🐾

🛍️ Lucky Lady Boutique – Located inside the Greensboro Antique Mall, featuring beautiful home décor and unique gifts.
While her accomplishments are many, Marybeth will tell you her greatest and most cherished role is simply being a Mom. ❤️
