- Full circle. Years ago when I was new to the city I googled buyer's agent near me and chose the highest rated person. That was Nicole. She was incredible at helping me find my first home. And as a first home, about 10 years later I was ready to move on. Nicole and I had kept touch and I contacted her about 2 months before I wanted to list. She came to the house and told me all the things I should do. She gave perfect recommendations for people to help me with junk removal, carpet cleaning, and landscaping (even during the busy season her recommendation was able to come out within 2 weeks). I got back into contact with her once we finished our to do list and she guided me through the whole process. She even surprised us after the closing with a basket of assorted goodies and a picture frame that is currently on display in our living room! - A lot of realtors were unwilling to see us due to such short notice, but Nicole was not only available, she also answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful with giving us a bit of background information about Greensboro. - Where do I start? Nicole is Phenomenal! She is the most patient person/agent we have ever known! She must've shown us hundreds of properties since we moved to the area and had an interest to buy a home. When things didn't work out in purchasing a home, we had to rent, and once again she showed us Many rental properties and helped us get into a rental property. About a year and a half later, we decided to look into buying again, and she was always available to show us properties, in the evenings and on the weekends/at late night hours due to our work schedule. She always went out of her way; not once did she lose her patience with us and we love her for that! :) We put in a few offers for a few different properties and they did not work out, but Nicole was not satisfied until she got us in the home that we loved and felt comfortable in. - Nicole was professional with great marketing skills to assist us in getting our investment home sold in Greensboro in only 8 months - Nicole is amazing! I had many set backs and complications with my home purchase, but she never flinched. She was available anytime I needed her and worked extremely hard to help me accomplish my purchase. - Nicole went the' extra mile', tried hard to get us in a home. We would call on her again if we would need an agent. - Nicole is a wonderful agent--both as a listing and buyers agent! We know because she was both for us. Her background in marketing was evident when we saw the way she listed our home; photos of the inside/outside of our home and their layout looked as if they were from the pages of a magazine. The info packet she put together for the box in the yard was very professional and thorough with more than just the information you'd normally find along with a few pictures of the inside of our house plus a gorgeous front page with a picture of our front yard/house with WELCOME HOME and the address in HUGE lettering across the top. Nicole's attention to detail to ensure that our house was truly represented correctly was exactly what we needed at the time. On the 21st day of our house being listed with Nicole we received an offer that we accepted. On a buyers agent side--due to special needs within our family we viewed MANY houses (if I told you how many you wouldn't believe me) within a 3 month period and not once did Nicole seem hurried our bothered to be showing us YET ANOTHER HOUSE. She always acted as if it was the 1st house she'd shown us. Due to the number of houses that she showed us we also wrote numerous offers (plus a few contracts) and again, she was always her happy, helpful, compassionate, professional self. She may have been thinking differently but if she was we never saw it. When we found the home we're in now Nicole even got us $10,000.00 off the listing price! That's how good she is!!!
