It's always possible to negotiate the price after you make an offer. For example, if your home inspection comes back and home repairs need to be made, it's absolutely okay to negotiate repairs into your purchase price. Your realtor will know how to help you in this instance or any others that might arise.

If home inspection is the question, then YES is the answer! Always make sure you get a home inspection when buying! You might not find any potential issues, BUT you also might find potential issues. If something comes up during an inspection, typically you can negotiate repairs with the seller.
