Our Story

Steve and I are a husband and wife real estate team specializing in buying and selling homes.

Donna has been in real estate for 8 years, first as an administrative/office manager for one of the top real estate agents with Keller Williams Greensboro. In 2016, she and Steve both got their real estate license and The Frazier Team was born. Donna enjoys helping clients that are downsize or up-size their home, relocating from out of state, and new construction. Her background in interior decorating is a great asset to sellers, helping them stage their homes to make the best first impress.

Steve has a degree in Accounting and after many years of working in a corporate environment decided to join Donna in the real estate business. From measuring homes, attending inspections or to showing properties to buyers, Steve enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He is ready to do what is needed to get the deal done so it’s a win win for everyone.

Donna and Steve also work with an investor that offers a lease with option to purchase program to qualified applicants not quite ready to purchase, or that have been turned down by other lenders. They have amazing homes available ranging from $100,000 up to $400,000 with rent amounts starting at $1,250 and up depending on the home you select.
