Sometimes the right move is the fast move. ⚡

My repeat client recently accepted a fantastic new opportunity on Greenville’s east side — but making that daily drive from southwest Anderson County quickly became unsustainable. She was ready for a change, and ready now.

Just 48 hours later, we are officially UNDER CONTRACT on a beautiful Greer property that will cut her commute from 55 minutes down to just 10-12 minutes… and we’re set to close in only a couple of weeks. 🙌

The best part? Once she’s settled in her new place and focused on her new role, my team and I will handle the preparation and listing of her Anderson County home from start to finish to make this transition as seamless as possible.
