Originally from Memphis, Tennessee in 1983, I have lived in South Carolina since 1989. For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in sales, marketing, and real estate. Growing up, my parents brought me to their business and taught me how to greet customers around age 6. Something stuck, because to this day I love the opportunity to get to know my clients and find ways to meet their need
s in the real estate market. I am thankful to have built my real estate career starting in 2006 from the ground up. Starting out by working for a local building supply company as an office manager, then moving into real estate sales for a local builder, I branched out on my own in 2009. I soon realized that my real estate knowledge and background, coupled with my passion, enthusiasm, loyalty, and work ethic were the perfect formula for success. Throughout my career at Coldwell Banker Caine, I have received numerous awards, including #3 Realtor® within the 200+ person company in 2021, #5 in 2020, #4 in 2019, #6 in 2018, and #5 in 2017. I started my own team within Coldwell Banker Caine in 2022, Kiersten Bell (KBell) + Co. My drive and consistency cause my clients to rely on me and refer me time and time again. Along with my passion for real estate, I am a loving mother of three, and the wife of a great, supportive husband who is a Commercial Realtor.
