Kate Anderson, REALTOR Five Forks-Simpsonville-Fountain Inn Area Real Estate Specialist Born in New Jersey, she grew up in Greenville and has lived in the area for most of her life.

As a graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School and University of South Carolina, Kate is a proud ambassador of Greenville and its surrounding areas, in particular her home, Fountain Inn. She has always had a passion for the arts, attended SC Governor’s School for the Arts and went to college to seek her degree in fine arts and graphic design. Professionally, she has worked in various aspects of t

he real estate industry for over fifteen years, including multi-family property management, real estate marketing/publishing and residential real estate sales. By incorporating her sales and marketing skills, her keen eye for color and design and wealth of knowledge of the Greenville area, Kate is able to offer a unique approach to assisting both buyers and sellers. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Specialist and REALTOR, Kate artfully guides her clients through the oft-intimidating process of buying and selling real estate in today’s dynamic market. She finds great enjoyment in assisting people with their real estate needs and sharing the same fondness of calling Greenville home. Kate’s community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce, Fountain Inn History Museum and the Fountain Inn Chorale. She serves as a member of the Professional Standards Grievance Committee and the Revitalization Committee for our local REALTOR board. She also enjoys singing in the Fairview Road Presbyterian Church Choir and the Fountain Inn Chorale. Some of Kate’s favorite past times include traveling, cooking, painting, singing, fashion, woodworking and decorating. She resides in beautiful Fountain Inn with her husband, James; dog, Ashton; and cat, Meester.
