Today was a huge win for my client and I couldn’t be happier for him!
As a first-time homebuyer, he came into this process with very little knowledge about how buying a home works. That’s where I stepped in—to guide him every step of the way, answer questions, negotiate on his behalf, and make sure he was set up for success.
Not only did we successfully get him to the closing table, but we also negotiated over $10,000 in repairs, for a brand-new roof and several other improvements. 💪
