This is one of my favorite things about design
two completely different feelings, same exact space. Bold and cozy on one side, bright and airy on the other. Neither one is wrong, it's just proof that color changes everything.

Two closings, and both of them landed on Martin Ln. I didn't plan that!
The first one came from a couple out of state who have been fishing Port Sulphur and Venice for years. They'd drive down, fish, and drive back. Now they have their own place to walk into at the end of a day on the water instead of packing up and heading back on that long drive home.
The second went to a local family who already knew exactly what they were getting. That stretch of Happy Jack has some of the best sunsets in the parish, and they bought it with their eyes wide open.
Congratulations to both of these great families that trusted me to assist with this purchase!
