🏡 Just Sold — 7789 Stout, Grosse Ile

This one was about more than finding the right house. My buyers are making the move from Monroe to Grosse Ile so they can be closer to their kids and grandchildren — and I’m so happy we were able to help make that move happen.

One of my favorite compliments from this transaction actually came from the listing agent. He called it his “unicorn transaction of the year” because everything stayed organized, communication was easy, and there was so little friction from start to finish. That’s exactly how I want a real estate transaction to feel for everyone involved.
