✨ JUST SOLD | JUST PURCHASED ✨

This one was a journey and one of those transactions that reminds me why I love what I do. My client had previously tried to sell her condo with two different agents, but unfortunately, neither attempt resulted in a sale. When she came to me, I knew we had to approach things differently.

We got her condo sold — but that was only half the story.

Once we had an offer, the next challenge was finding her dream home. And not just any home… it had to be in her best friend’s neighborhood. 🏡❤️ We found it. She loved it. And then came the hard part. I had about three hours to put everything together and convince the seller to accept our offer contingent upon the closing of her condo. There was a LOT of negotiating, coordinating, problem-solving and moving pieces behind the scenes. Every piece had to fall into place at exactly the right time.

And somehow… it did. ✨

With incredible cooperation from the agents on both sides, amazing title companies, and a whole lot of communication, persistence and negotiation, we were able to make it happen.

My client sold the home she needed to sell and purchased the home she truly wanted — in the neighborhood where she wanted to be. These are the transactions you don't always see on social media. The ones that take countless phone calls, negotiations, emails, problem-solving and a realtor who doesn't give up when things get complicated. Sometimes, with a lot of hard work, dedicated realtors, great partners and a little bit of timing… magic happens. ✨

I am so incredibly happy for my client and excited for this next chapter in her new home!

I’m so excited to celebrate this wonderful military family as they head to Virginia for their last duty station! What an exciting milestone for their family, and I’m truly honored that I had the opportunity to help them sell their home and be a small part of this next chapter.
They were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish — genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve had the opportunity to meet.
