Licensed Realtor Opportunity – Buyer Showing Specialist Team
Copper Cove Realty is forming a dedicated team of licensed real estate professionals to support buyer showings with a guaranteed payment per showing regardless of the outcome and opportunity for piping hot leads.
We are seeking 4 agents to join our team:
• One agent based in Schenectady County
• One agent based in Albany County
• One agent based in Saratoga County
• One agent based in Rensselaer County
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is assisting buyers by showing properties, gathering client feedback, and helping facilitate buyer interest throughout the home-search process.
Qualified showing opportunities will be provided by Copper Cove Realty. Agents will coordinate appointments through the brokerage's scheduling system and will be compensated for each completed showing. Additional referral and transaction opportunities may be available when buyers move forward with the purchasing process.
Secondary Responsibilities:
In addition to showing services, agents may also work as traditional buyer's and seller's agents. This includes prospecting, securing clients, and representing buyers and sellers throughout their real estate transactions.
Qualifications
• Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (member of Global MLS)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, must include evenings and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
Agents will operate under the Copper Cove Realty brokerage. Scheduling, coordination, and support tools will be provided to streamline workflow and enhance the client experience.
