Thurmont Regional Library is hosting a Gentle Yoga Flow series designed completely for beginners and all-levels practitioners! Led by Hannah Cherry, an instructor with over a decade of experience, this calming class offers supportive guidance to help participants build flexibility, reduce stress, and enjoy mindful movement. 🌿✨

When the weather permits, this peaceful session will take place outdoors on the library’s covered deck! ☀️🌳
