There will be construction going on at the Boat Landing but it will not be happening during our great music series.

Originally established as Decoration Day, it was a time for citizens to decorate the graves of fallen Civil War soldiers with flowers and flags.
After World War I, the day expanded to honor all American service members who lost their lives in any military conflict. At 3:00 p.m. local time, Americans are asked to pause for one minute to honor and reflect on the sacrifices made by fallen service members. On this day the American flag is flown at half-staff until noon, then raised to the top of the staff

We were honored to be a sponsor for Dancing with the Realtors Maine season 12. What a fun time! Congratulations to the winners, and great job to all that put this fabulous event together. Maple Leaf Title supports our local community charities that do such good work. We didn't dance, but had those dancing shoes on .... just in case! 🤣🍁❤️

Big Announcement! 📣 We are excited to announce that we’ve officially moved our offices and have a new location right next to The Finery Formal Wear and The Robin's Nest on KMD!

This move allows us to reduce costs and better serve our community by expanding how we accept and distribute donations. We will now be offering fixtures, appliances, and furniture to local families through online, by appointment, and during upcoming yard sale days.

This transition is also an important step as we work toward bringing back a Habitat ReStore to the Waterville area in the near future.

We’re proud to share that we’ve just completed another home build with Ribbon Cutting and key ceremony on March 31st in Oakland, with a family preparing to move in. Looking ahead, we have several projects planned, including accessibility ramps, such as one for the Waterville Area Soup Kitchen and additional home repair initiatives.

Su was honored to be in attendance for this ribbon cutting and to welcome the new homeowners to Oakland. We at Maple Leaf Title support our local communities and homeownership opportunities as do our Realtor and lending partners.

It was a housewarming party for one Oakland family that is moving in to a new home thanks to Habitat for Humanity and support from the community.
